What are your mask policies during COVID:?

We do require all employees, customers and shippers to wear masks while interacting.

Are these cabinets framed or frameless?

These cabinets are framed.

Do you Install?

We do not install. 

Are they dovetail construction?

No, these cabinets are not dovetail construction.   The drawers are assembled with screws.

How much is sales tax?

Our company is based out of Gwinnett County, GA with a sales tax of 7.75%.  According to state laws, you will be charged this 7.75% sales tax regardless of pick-up location or shipping destination.

Do I have to buy online?

Yes, you must make all purchases through our website.  However, you can see an example of the cabinets at our sister company, Meade’s Discount Doors & More in Tucker, GA  www.discountdoorsandmore.com. 

Can I pay by check or cash?

You will need to pay with a credit or debit card through our website unless you are purchasing more than $10,000 worth of products at one time.  If this is the case, please contact support@builders-clearance.com or call 678-688-4339 to discuss alternative payment options over $10,000. 

How do I estimate weight and size for shipping?

If you pickup or hire a local delivery company like TommyRun or Bunji, your cabinets will be loose when you pick them up.  But if you have a shipping company picking them up, they will be on arranged on a 4’x 4’ pallet.  You can use these numbers to help calculate shipping: Each 4×4 pallet can hold up to 20 cabinets A wall cabinet weighs on average 40lbs A base cabinet weighs on average 65lbs A pantry or tall cabinet weighs on average 120lbs A trim piece weighs on average 5 lbs **Please note trim pieces are often 8ft long and fragile.  And they are a 50/50 gamble when shipping.

What tools will I need to assemble?

These cabinets are easily assembled with a screwdriver and wood glue.

Are these cabinets assembled?

No.  These cabinets come in Knock Down boxes and will need assembly. 

Where will I pick them up?

Newnan, GA.  Directions and an opportunity to pick a time and date of pickup will be sent to you at time of purchase.

Where are you located?

Our virtual business office is located near Atlanta, GA.  Since we help many companies liquidate their products, each showroom location and pick up warehouse is different with each sale.  For this cabinet sale, you can see an example of the cabinets at our sister company, Meade’s Discount Doors & More in Tucker, GA  www.discountdoorsandmore.com.  However, the pickup warehouse for this sale is in Newnan, GA.

Is anything wrong with these cabinets?

These cabinets are considered A grade, meaning they are being liquidated do to discontinuation and surplus, not due to damage or flaws.

How can I tell the true color?

You can see an example of the cabinets at our sister company, Meade’s Discount Doors & More in Tucker, GA .  www.discountdoorsandmore.com.  Also, all the cabinets are painted in Sherwin-Williams colors and you can find those colors online or in a Sherwin-Williams showroom:  Tricorn Black, French Light Gray, and the white is a whiter version of Aesthetic White
